Yeah, teamspeak-binds is the problem here too.

It's set up so that it's only active when a certain exe file runs.

The program works with profiles (binding specific aplication paths). Only when that specific application is active, the custom button settings is active for that specific file, so it doesn't interfere with any other programs running.

To do so; press 'add' > search & select exe > name it & press ok > (on the right side) disable the button > apply > save profile. (If you have multipable games, just make some more profiles)0
Unfortunately, your advanced mouse driver software generates keyboard shortcuts to Firefox for those extra buttons; Firefox doesn't actually handle more than 3 buttons.
Access datastore on esxi locally. To workaround this issue: Verify your storage configuration. Ensure that the virtual machine is located on shared storage and not a local datastore that is only viewable to one specific ESX/ESXi host. Power down the virtual machine and perform a cold migration. For testing vMotion capability, we add storage to ESXi host via NFS. But while creating Virtual Machine in the Shared Storage from vCenter Server it it getting an error shown below. I also copied.vmdk file in the shared storage, but that fvirtual machine is not visible in.
In case the mouse driver is sending the Backspace key, you can set Firefox to ignore that.
(1) In a new tab, type or paste about:config in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(2) In the search box above the list, type or paste backs and pause while the list is filtered

- 0 => back (default)
- 1 => page up
- 2 => ignore (actually, anything other than 0 or 1 does nothing)

Mouse's buttons 4 and 5 operate as back and forward shortcuts in Firefox. Accidentally pressing these buttons has been common with every mouse I've owned and has resulted in severe issues with banking websites and job applications. I don't want to disable the hardware keys because these extra buttons are useful especially in games with complex control schemes.

into Firefox's address bar - If you haven't previously disabled it, a warning page about the dangers of changing settings that you don't understand will pop up. Read it, then click 'I accept the risk!'
- In the about:config search bar, search for
mousebutton
. You should find two preferences,mousebutton.4th.enabled
andmousebutton.5th.enabled
, both set to true. Double click each of these to set them to false. - Restart Firefox probably. IDK that's what I did, don't know if it's necessary.

My mouse has an unfortunate feature. On the left side, right where my thumb sits ever so gently when I'm using it, there are two buttons that are so sensitive a mere brush will make them click.
I'm talking of course about the pesky forward/back buttons which, if pressed in a browser, can make watching that hour-long youtube video that much harder. Is there a way for me to disable them? Would this be handled by X?

You could use

Diet green tea benefits. to find which key maps the button maps to and use the code below (in $HOME/.xsessionrc) to map it to something you are not using.Alternatively, you should be able to do that from a GUI of you use Gnome/KDE or any other modern desktops.
Yet another option would be to hack the xorg.conf to remove the button definitions.

just a quick command to fix it, not really different from other answers:
xmodmap -e 'pointer = 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 0 0 0 0 0 0' #the fix

you can put the fix cmd at startup apps.
better would be to use xdotool to check if active window is any of your browsers and call xmodmap on demand to disable/enable'm, but that would require some scripting :>

Can be done with xorg config file
Here is an example that disable horizontal scroll (Save the new file and reboot)
